Sudbury park cafe and toilets plans delayed and over budget

Oh dear, it looks like there's a bit of a hold-up with those much-anticipated plans for our beloved park cafe and public toilets. It seems the project is running a little behind schedule and is a bit over budget, but we'll be keeping a close eye on developments for you!
